Modification to the S106 agreement associated with planning permission dated 17 December 2019 under reference RN: 19/02449/FULL (which in itself was a variation to the S106 agreement & planning permission dated 19 November 2018 (RN:18/04595/FULL); a variation to the S106 agreement & planning permission dated 1 November 2017 (RN: 16/12203FULL) and further to a variation to the S106 agreement & planning permission dated 27 April 2016 (RN: 15/10072/FULL)) to adjust the trigger to transfer the affordable housing units to a registered provider from 50% to 75% occupation of the private homes in the development (Para 6.4, Schedule 1 of the agreement).
