Description

Tree number G0336, Thuja plicata. the tree is located within a garden of a member of staff's accommodation, the stem leans towards the house and over the access track. Proposed for felling, the stem has a dead top of roughly 2m and is in poor form. Stem lean and raised soil indicate possible previous storm damage. There is a hazard beam located at 6m to the north east. The tree has declined in condition to the previous survey conducted in 2024. The stem has become subdominant to a larger Thuja plicata located to the north which could be a contributing factor for the decline in health.
