Informal request to modify the existing Section 106 Agreement dated 21 June 2023 together with supplemental agreement dated 27 February 2024 relating to C/04/148M to; 1. Enable the homes to be let as Affordable Rental Homes (alongside the current shared ownership provisions); 2. Include exemptions from the local connection criteria to; - UK Veteran Armed Forces, - Vulnerable people (Victims of Domestic Abuse and Care leavers under 25). 3. Reflect the local connection criteria set out in Appendix 7 of the emerging Local Plan (2025-2040).
