Application to determine if prior approval is required under Schedule 2, Part 16, Class A of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) for a proposed development by or on behalf of an electronic communications code operator for the purpose of the operator's Electronic Communications Network in, over or under land controlled by that operator or in accordance with the electronic communications code in respect of removal of the existing 15m high installation and replace with a new 20m high installation; relocation of 3 no.
