Description

Listed building consent to i) retain works undertaken to reopen the cellar and cellar window hatch, install a timber hatch cover, rebuild the light well, and install grille over; ii) install an oak floor over cellar with a glass panel and access hatch to the original cellar stairs; iii) reopen first floor rear ‘fire window’ and install a 16mm slimline glazed unit to match those approved in the previous application; iv) remove the front door aperture, rebuild and reinstate the original bank of five-light mullion windows, head and jamb and install a further two 16mm slimline, diamond leaded glazed windows to match those approved for the rest of the front elevation; vi) repair and restore the plaster frieze over the mullion windows (https://ornateinteriors.co.uk/)
