Informal request to modify the existing Section 106 Agreement dated 21/06/2023, in respect of amendments to the Definition and the Schedule as follows: Amended Definition - Shared Owner - means a tenant who has been granted a Shared Ownership Lease and has Staircased out such that they own 100% of the equity in the Dwelling. Amendments to the Schedule add the following wording: a. Where the Shared Owner seeks Disposal of an Affordable Housing Unit the Owner or Registered Provider, or Shared Ownership Landlord (as the case may be) shall notify the Council in writing of the Shared Owner's intention to Dispose the Shared Ownership Unit. b. The Shared Ownership Landlord or their Nominee (as the case may be) shall buy back all and any Shared Ownership Unit where the Shared Owner of such Shared Ownership Unit seeks Disposal of their Shared Ownership Unit. c. All Disposals of a Shared Ownership Unit shall contain a covenant that upon a Disposal by a Shared Owner the Shared Ownership Unit shall only be sold to the Shared Ownership Landlord or their Nominee
