Section 73 application for variation of Condition 1 of 3/13/9002 to extend the period to work the Limestone for a further 20 years from 26 February 2023 to February 2043 with restoration by 30th October 2043, by which date the operations hereby approved shall have ceased, all buildings, plant and hard standings shall have been removed from the site, and the site shall have been restored in accordance with the approved restoration scheme
