Non-Material Amendments to Ref W/22/00912/RM for 1. Revisions to the Noise Assessment Report and associated changes to the plots adjacent to Evesham Fire Station. The need for the 5m Acoustic fence has been designed out, addressing any noise disturbance through enhanced fencing details to Plots 1-10 and Plot 35. The Enclosures Plan and Boundary Details drawings have been updated to reflect this; 2. A slight shift of plots 81-95, 96-97 following clarified splays; 3. Inclusion of the ‘River View’ housetype (in addition to previously approved ‘Main Core’); 4. Change of the Allstead/Bamstead flat units to M1/M2 (affecting Plots 1, 2, 59, 60, 68, 69, 96, 97); and 5. Landscaping plan updated to address the above layout changes and reserved matters condition 7; plus removal of the land in and around the proposed Hampton Bridge (as the landscaping for this area will be delivered through the Hampton Bridge delivery team);
