The need for the 5m Acoustic fence has been designed out, addressing any noise disturbance through enhanced fencing details to Plots 1-10 and Plot 35. Inclusion of the ‘River View’ housetype (in addition to previously approved ‘Main Core’); 4. Change of the Allstead/Bamstead flat units to M1/M2 (affecting Plots 1, 2, 59, 60, 68, 69, 96, 97); and 5. Landscaping plan updated to address the above layout changes and reserved matters condition 7; plus removal of the land in and around the proposed Hampton Bridge (as the landscaping for this area will be delivered through the Hampton Bridge delivery team);
