Authorisation is requested to carry out the following work on the Silver Birch tree, located at the rear of the property and annotated in white on the aerial photograph: T1 Silver Birch - Fell to ground level. The owner, Mrs Davenport has expressed concerns that the tree may fail and cause considerable damage to her and the neighbours property, this came to light during the recent weather conditions when she observed it's extreme movement during high winds.
