The tree in question is quite substantial for a small garden and a reasonable reduction would be more aesthetically pleasing for the owner and neighbours. 3. Due to the trees restricted access, any waste must be transited through the living quarters or passed through neighbouring properties for disposal, therefore a reasonable reduction would require less maintenance in the future.
