Description

T1 Willow - Reduce by 25-30% all over to reduce branch end weight and risk of large limb failure. (see photos of previous failures) T2, T3 & T4 Chestnuts - Reduce, or remove where necessary, overhanging branches on Chestnut trees. Chestnuts over hang Worcester Scout Hall on the boundary. One large limb on T4 with bleeding canker, needs reduction of the branch/limb end weight and is at risk of large limb failure. T5, T6 & T7 Willows on riverbank - Pollard all three Willow trees by riverbank back to main stem to reduce risk of whole stem failure (splitting) and increase root spread/growth. T8 & T9 Alders - Reduce two Alder trees on riverbank by 50% to reduce risk of whole tree failure. T8 Alder is suffering with fungi associated with heart rot / white rot and should be reduced as low as practicably possible.
