Application to Modify or Discharge Section 106 Planning Obligation for planning permission Ref. P15B0288 to allow for: - rewording in respect of the Affordable Housing Clauses, to limit the liability of the Registered Provider (RP), clarification of the standard to which the affordable housing units are to be constructed, updating the mortgagee in possession clause and the timescale(s) for transfer to the RP. - rewording in respect of the Management Company (‘MC’) clauses, to reflect that step requirements have not been complied with, and to ensure that once works and planting to the subject land has been verified to have been completed in accordance with the approved details that ownership of the said land is transferred from the developer to the MC. - removal of the requirement to undertake landscaping works on the ‘triangular area’ and payment of a commuted sum in lieu of these works
