C1 Maple - The tree in question is in a poor state of health, showing severe signs of storm damage and decay. Therefore, authorisation is requested to fell the tree to ground level in order to remove the risk of personal injury to local residents or damage to neighbouring properties. The tree in question was pollarded a number of years ago, however, no history of any previous applications to carry out the work can be found. C2 Beech - Authorisation is requested to remove the two small Beech trees, located within close proximity to the neighbouring property, in order to reduce the risk of damage to the partitioning wall.
