Description

The works are for the dentist surgery opposite St Jude's Church, on the corner of St Jude's Road and Tettenhall Road. The beech tree is at the front of the property and the conifers are to the rear. The proposed works are to reduce and thin the beech tree by no more than 25% of leaf volume, removal of 4 conifers up to 380mm at the base in order to install disabled car parking spaces for the dental practice. The conifers that the customer would like removed are inside the property boundary, and aren't visible from the road. On the attached map, the conifers are highlighted in red, the beech tree is highlighted in green.
