Description

02/2/33 (W2) T1 - Californian Redwood - previous failure of major scaffold limb resulted in damage to the property. Two substantial lower laterals also display an increased likelihood of failure under loading with the risk heightened during periods of strong wind or storm activity - Recommendation - Reduce the large lowest 2 extended lateral branches by up to 2.5m.T2 - Oak - Extensive deadwood distributed throughout the canopy including several larger fragments suspended over areas of use. Avoidable hazard particularly during periods of high wind or branch movement. Recommendation - Remove all deadwood greater than 50mm in diameter throughout the crown. Remove ivy. Crown lift to 3m above ground level removing secondary branches only. T3 - Atlas Cedar - Deadwood removal (exempt but including for notification)
