One (1) large (60' approx.) conifer to the front of no. 5 Church Hill Road, Tettenhall, Wolverhampton, WV6 9AT. The conifer is in the middle, at the front boundary adjacent to the pavement. It is the only conifer to the front of the property. It has been agreed with both local council officials and qualified tree surgeons that removal is the only viable option. That would also address the concerns of neighbours. A qualified tree surgeon is awaiting instructions to proceed at the earliest opportunity. It will be cut down in stages, starting at the top, during one appropriate day. All remnants will be removed by the appointed tree surgeon and recycled safely.
