Maintenance to these trees has not been carried out in over ten years. This request is to conduct now urgent aswell as overdue routine maintenance at this front garden at this residential property. T1 - Beech maximum crown thin permissible required or 15% (whichever is greater). Crown lift required to stop overhanging branches already encroaching onto neighbouring property (access driveway) for which waste removal trucks cannot now easily access. The crown lift will also mitigate against damage to the brick boundary wall. T2 and T3 - Hornbeam maximum crown thin permissible required or 15% (whichever is greater).
