Description

There are two trees in my neighbours garden (Geoff at number 23 Parkdale West) which are considerably overhanging onto my property at 20 Parkdale West. The two trees in question are a conifer and a Ash tree. Both trees can be seen in the two pictures attached.Both trees are:Significantly overhanging into my propertyblocking light into my property, andMost of all causing a H&S risk ref the scaffolding (this is visible in the picture)I would like to reduce the overhanging branches (ref the Ash Tree) to a suitable lateral branch off the property. With the conifer I would like to trim back ever so slightly to my property boundary.I have spoken with my neighbour Geoff who has confirmed he is more than happy for me to do so.
