Crown thin up to 30%, removing material no greater than 25mm in diameter and reduce on house side by up to 2 metres. Remove epicormic growth up to 6m. Epicormic growth may be removed periodically without further application.Reason is to maintain the tree at a suitable size for its location as part of a regular pruning cycle - last done in 2015.Specification changed slightly by agreement with the owners during site visit.This was last authorized by James in 2015 so It's long overdue the tree is way to big for the small garden .
