Description

My neighbour has two large conifers planted adjacent to my boundary and close to my house. The trees are larger than my house, I?d estimate about 30 foot. The branches of the trees are touching my house and over my roof. I have spoken to my neighbour and they are happy for me to cut back the branches so they are not touching my house. My house is in a conservation area and I understand I am required to obtain planning permission before doing any works on the trees.
