We are proposing to erect a timber garden room dimensions width 4m, depth 3m, height 2.4m in the grounds of the home to sit adjacent to an existing summer house. It will sit 14 metres away from the building and wood stained an appropriate colour to blend in with the surrounding woodlands. The garden room is to be used as an activity room for our elderly residents with dementia and also an area where we can meet bereaved relatives.
