Description

Four structural elements are proposed to be demolished. These comprise of the two storey flat roof office addition constructed directly adjacent to the South East side of Beckminster House set around a paved courtyard with two link corridors to the original house. The second building comprises of a single story pitched roof Training Room building attached to the North West gable of Beckminster House, whilst the fourth and fifth structures comprise of individual single storey Stores located to the rear of the House. Whilst there will remain a further detached Training Room building within the rear grounds to the House it is intended that this shall form temporary accommodation for the chosen contractor during the course of the build works on site.
