Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary conditions 2, 3, 9, 11, 12 and 14 of planning permission 240892 for a new road providing an alternative route to Waterloo Road. The variations seek to: (i) update the approved plans (condition 2) to reflect the layout approved under the Parcel 10 Reserved Matters consent; and (ii) amend the wording of conditions 3 (levels), 9 (Construction Environmental Management Plan), 11 (archaeology), 12 (drainage) and 14 (highway construction details) to reflect updated reports and details already approved through prior submissions.
