Consultation from South Oxfordshire District Council for the following proposal: Repair missing dentils; remove vegetation which is growing form mortar joints; reface stones on northern and southern elevations where there is severe deterioration; repoint with an appropriate hydraulic lime based mortar; remove insensitive graffiti on the south eastern wing wall via TORC or DOFF cleaning systems; install hidden slate reinforcement behind stones for extra stability; remove vegetation on the south western wing wall; remove vegetation on the north eastern bridge deck wall; undertake repairs to the balustrade where there are cracks and chips; replace the few balusters that are severely eroded; and remove insensitive adhesive material that was used on a previous lighting scheme (the cabling was already removed).
