APPLICATION FOR WORKS TO PROTECTED TREE(S) TPO-1063-2004 (T6) T6, Horse Chestnut (T6 on TPO) - Section fell to just above ground level. Reason for Works: Single stem, missing bark, loose bark and extensive decay on north side, exposed cavity, rhizomorphs beneath bark; poor 'sounding' from ground level to 3m+ AGL. Likely to decay further and collapse. Any failure has the potential to lead to significant damage to property and/or serious injuries.
