Regulation 14(2) notification for works to protected tree(s) TPO 1696/2019, Area 1, Area 2 and T1 T1, Dead Elm (A2 on TPO)- Fell, leaving a low stump. T2, Horse Chestnut (A1 on TPO)- Reduce trees height by approximately 3-4m by removing dead top. Reduce uppermost crown side growth by approximately 25-30%, equivalent to 3-4m form parts protruding out from crown the furthest. T3,Scots Pine(T1 on TPO)- Remove all major dead wood, broken and hanging branches and crossing rubbing branches that are showing signs of damage that might possibly fail.
