Regulation 14(2) notification for works to protected tree(s) TPO 1742/2020, Group 1 Birch - 1m of high-level branches will need to be cut to prevent any damage to our network. As advised, we will be installing a taller pole to avoid the trees as much as possible. However, a few of the smaller branches within the circles (on attached photos) are growing towards the line and need to be cut. We won’t be topping the tree, nor will we be cutting any of the larger branches. This is just so we can safely work and prevent inevitable damage to our network in the future.
