Notification for works to trees in a Conservation Area Tree TA (Beech tree) – Tree to be felled. Reason for Works: Tree is causing significant issues to the property. The main are the following: The limitation of access due to the tree impinging onto driveway, damage to various vehicles and to the tree has occurred due to this restriction, the hazard of large falling branches into neighbouring properties, extensive foliage blocking light and natural heat to the front of the property, extensive leaf fall causing frequent blocking of the drain and onto pathway, resulting in a hazardous surface with a high risk of slips and falls to members of the public.
