Regulation 14(2) notification for works to protected tree(s) TPO 295/1985, T1 T1, Mulberry - Remove dead rear stem to point approx. 0.5m above metal band to retain live growth. Remove major deadwood/dieback, back to previous pollard knuckles or to where the branch has live growth. Create a 1.5m mulch circle around approximately 1/3 of the trees circumference, as shown in photo, by spraying off the grass and supplying & installing a layer of woodchip.
