Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent 220230 for the Householder application for the proposed raising of the roof to create additional first floor accommodation with 4 no. side dormers and 1 no. Juliet balcony, plus erection of a two storey rear extension and changes to fenestration. Condition 2 refers to approved details plans and drawings and the variation is to reduce the opening size on the front elevation first floor left hand window from 1200mm to 600mm in width. Additionally we would like to reduce the side (South East)elevation first floor left hand window from 1500mm to 1200mm in width.
