T2 : Magnolia - Reduce the height of the Magnolia by approximately 0.9 -1.2m (3-4ft) and carry out selective branch reduction to improve shape while retaining a natural crown form. G1 : Conifer Group - Reduce the trees on the boundary-facing side by approximately 0.9m (3ft) and remove branches in contact with the side extension to provide suitable clearance.
