T1 : Oak Positioned on the front northern boundary, on the grass mound in front of the building, and overhanging the main road Oriental Road - Crown reduction to the tertiary branches that are within 2m distance of the building on the southern crown by up to approximately 1.5m, back to good growth points to reduce the canopy away from the building to create a safe and adequate minimum 2m gap between the tree and the building.
