T.120 : Medium/very mature Altas Cedar (approx. 80/90+ years growing within Estate,communal area, shrubbery to south west of 1, Broadoak Park. (Photo 1: Tree from North & Photo 2: Tree from the south). This tree cover has been removed over time, leaving this tree partly exposed. The main canopy emphasis of the tree is to the north and east, overhanging the neighbouring property. (Photo 3: Tree from east) - Thinning of branch structure by thinning & reduction. Specifically, a thinning of the branch structure by 15-20% and selective reduction of the canopy by 2-3 m, the current northerly crown spread is approx. 8m, easterly spread is 9m & southerly spread is 6m.
