T1, 2 & 3 : Sweet chestnuts (Castanea sativa), located in the front garden of the property in a South Easterly direction -Removal of the epicormic growth in the trees, to allow more light into the property and allow better airflow through the canopy. T1 is currently approximately 14.5m high and 6m wide, T2 is 5m high and 11.5m wide and T3 is 16m high and 13m wide. All trees will remain the same height and width following the proposed works.
