T1 : Magnolia located in the rear garden - Current height is approximately 4m and 2m wide following the proposed works it will be 3m high and 2m wide. This work is to provide the tree with a formative prune as a framework for its longevity within the garden. T2 : Holly tree located in the garden - Current height is 5m and 4m wide following the following proposed works it will be reduced to 2.5m high and 2m wide.
