Description

Non-material amendment to planning permission PLAN/2023/1055 (Erection of a single storey side and rear extension following demolition of existing garage) for alterations to rear patio to incorporate access ramps and covered hot tub area.Reduce the beam and block patio at the rear and create a lower-level second patio for a swim spa. The initially proposed hot tub area and cover to be omitted. To the rear elevation of the pool room, change the proposed rear bi-fold doors to full-height windows, and change of the side window facing the rear patio for double doors to accommodate the new patio layout.
