T1- Large declining Oak on driveway - Reduce canopy (Building side and over drive) by 3-4 meters to a suitable growth point, dead tops to be reduced to sound wood to reduce risk of failure. T2 - Laurel & Hazel hedge- Trim side and reduce top to make neat. T3 - Leylandii on driveway entrance- Fell, leaving stump at ground level. T4 - Small oak on second driveway entrance- Remove lowest branch and reduce lateral canopy by 1-1.5 meters. T5 - Laurel- Remove leaning laurel stem hanging over the pathway towards road (Mount Hermon Road) (Works within Mount Hermon Conservation Area).
