Description

Burbo Bank Wind Farm and is seeking a lawful development certificate to confirm that future repair and maintenance works to the onshore underground electricity cables at 11 'joint bay' locations between Leasowe Beach and the onshore substation in Wallasey would be permitted development. In the event that a fault is detected, any cable replacement is anticipated to be on a like for like basis. Works will take place on a reactive rather than proactive basis if a fault is identified
