Description

Repair/restoration and security works to existing Pumping Station building in the curtilage of Gorsehill Water Tower Listed Building. Works include: - Secure free-standing external wall into the main building; - Repair internal and external roof structure; - Restore damaged stepped brickwork to rear of building using locally sourced matching brick; - Install new security door within the existing opening; - Carry out full repointing of the building using a lime mortar; - Repair and restore damaged windows and grilles; - Replace existing cast iron rainwater goods to previous extent and specification
