Redevelopment and change of use of existing Grade II listed building into residential use including the following: refurbishment and conversion of building known as Kinders into 10 apartments; refurbishment and conversion of existing stable block to rear of site into 2 houses; demolition of dilapidated house adjacent to stable block and replacement with new two storey dwelling; construction of 8 detached and 2 semi detached two and a half storey family dwelling houses in grounds to the south west and north west of the listed building. Including a new vehicular access point serving the proposed new dwellings from Allport Road, resurfacing the existing vehicular access to the stable yard from Dibbinsdale Road and retaining the existing access to the main building from Allport Road. Scheme to include landscaping of proposed new residential areas, enhanced landscaping around the listed building and new pond feature to north east of main building to be included in SUDS drainage strategy.
