Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of APPH/24/01335 to allow for the following amendments: Retained existing south west side roof and dormers. Retained existing gable wall to the front (south east) elevation. Amended window & dormer positions on the front elevation to suit the above partial retention of the existing roof. First floor balcony to bedroom 5. Demolition of chimney to rear of property. Removal of window in living room (facing Farr Hall Drive). Amended proportion of windows to single story extension. Garage windows omitted from side elevation, replaced with 2no. rooflights. Omission of secondary Juliet balcony door to bedroom 02. Re-location of second floor rooflights on rear elevation in bedroom 01.
