Description

1. Boundary fence increased in height to 2400mm with Black Mesh Security Fencing. 2. Boundary fence increased in height to 1800mm with Black Mesh Security Fencing. 3. 1200mm high Black hoop railings with lockable gate to each block 4. Levels and planters adjusted to ensure level access, steps omitted as a result of planter adjustment due to drainage connections. Bike Store moved 300mm off wall. 5. 1800mm high black mesh security fencing returned to gable. 6. 2000mm high gabion wall positioned along boundary as agreed with council and adjacent business unit. 7. Existing ground re-topsoiled and graded to assist landsacpe maintenance.
