NMA (23/01331) for; Overall Landscaping Strategy – based upon latest landscaping drawings this change is made predominantly to factor in the provision of anti terrorism bollards where they were deemed necessary by the Applicant following liaison with their security officer. The utilisation of security measures and a slight change in the surfacing specification are incorporated. • Plant Screen – A minor change to the Plant Screen was made when constructed to ensure that it adequately screens the rooftop plant. • Existing Substation – It is no longer the intention of the Applicant to add timber cladding to the existing substation at the front of the building. Instead the substation will just be made good, therefore the proposed elevation drawings for the substation can be removed from the original planning submission.
