Description

Amendment to 21/01631 • Yard split between Unit 3 & 4. • Omission of 2 number level access doors to unit 4B. • Parking provision updated to suit new yard layouts, including EV and bollard provision. • Parking numbers increased from 46 to 51 spaces. • New fencing delineating segregation of yards along with kerbing and gravel margin between. • Split in pedestrian access path between Unit 3 & 4 with new divisional fencing and addition of pedestrian gate. • Alterations to the fencing to the rear of the units and incorporation of additional manual double swing gate for maintenance vehicles & equipment. • New gravel maintenance track from existing substation to corner of Welton road with manual double swing access gate for maintenance vehicles and equipment. • Tarmacadam replaced with concrete paving around unit entrances.
