NMA - 19/01972: 1. Proposed grassed area omitted following discussions with the client and replaced with concrete hardstanding 2. Shrubs removed from the base of the retaining wall due to the lack of topsoil/plantable space. 3. Proposed grassed area omitted following discussions with the client and replaced with concrete hardstanding. 4. Due to the failure of the existing retaining wall, a new retaining wall has been constructed in accordance with Rock Engineers drawing, detailing new wall faced with Fonterra Rannoch Red Multi brick. Paving to the site of Block C has been increased to 900mm for maintenance purposes. 5. As agreed with Wirral Borough Council, new boundary line agreed between sites and planting area extended up to the boundary with timber fencing as previously approved. 6. Steps introduced from car parking spaces to Block A with 1100mm high metal guarding/handrails to the top of the retaining wall - refer to detail sheet (SK. 012 steps and guarding to Block A) 7. Steps to Block C added, refer to Structural Engineer's drawings.
