Description

Demolition of existing detached garage and construction of new single storey side extension (garage/workshop). Conversion of existing conservatory to single storey rear orangery. Existing roof ridge raised by 300mm to facilitate loft conversion and rear facing dormer. Retention of existing raised walkway to principal elevation and erection of safety railing and staircase. Lowering of front garden level to match land levels of public highway. Additional external alterations include removal of chimney stack, removal of front boundary wall and new hardstanding.
