Description

Proposed removal of existing dormers to the main roof and the construction of 2 new wider dormers with pitched roof and opening doors. Construction of balcony to top of existing 2 storey bay window with steel guard rails accessed from doors to dormer. Juliet balcony proposed to other dormer. Removal of existing conservatory to the front of the house and the construction of a new larger conservatory with sliding access doors and parapet walls. Balcony to conservatory roof accessed from new door. New window to side elevation to existing staircase to match existing window below.
