Description

1. Demolish the existing wooden porch fitted to the front elevation of the property; and 2. Replace the wooden porch with a bespoke open metal, period style, hipped roof canopy with lead roof and post. All metalwork [other than the lead roof] would be painted in black; and 3. Restore and paint the original wooden front door with leaded window and fanlight, and to paint either red or black gloss finish.
