Description

56 metres in length of new palisade metal fencing to enclose area in conjunction with community centre. 1.8m high and enclosing an area of 30 x 18 metres = 540 square metres. remove some fencing and add double gates (2.75m wide x 1.8m high) to allow access from the rear of the centre to the new proposed fenced open space area. Additionally, a new double gate is proposed (2.75m wide 1.8m high) in the new proposed fence line facing Delamere Avenue.
