Description

Demolition of existing commercial canopy, re-development of existing commercial building for the use of an Office, Customer Waiting Area and Dog Wash facility for the re-location of the 'All American Car Wash' within the existing Business Park. Proposed new rear canopy to existing building and the erection of new structure to house conveyor belt car washing machinery and associated plant. External works are proposed to include hard and soft landscaping, connection to existing drainage network and retain the existing vehicular entrance off Chester High Road.
